Today's work:
1) Unit 6 Review Math Due: ONLY 5 STUDENTS COMPLETED FOR HOMEWORK which means that the other students did not even open their books to study today. Instead they lost the majority of their computer time today to work on this math. (Practice Test will be a make up mark for homework tonight!)

A reminder that there are a number of meetings scheduled for tomorrow for high schools. Meetings are only 15minutes so please have all of the forms completed before you come in. Thanks
Also the M.S. Dance will be tomorrow for students who raised money @ 12:30. At 1:30 students may make a donation of $2 to M.S. and enter the dance. (MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR WORK IS COMPLETE!)

Today's work:
1) Math homework last night MID UNIT REVIEW Unit 6 - Questions 1-12 (only about a third of the class had their homework complete, with a third incomplete, and another third of the class away today) Students that did complete their work were allowed to go to the gym for an extra-gym period with Mr. Johnson's class. Those who were away or did not complete their homework, MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETED BY MONDAY!
2) Spelling Exercises - Lesson 12 - due Monday
3) Library
Today we also cleaned out our lockers as many students are just throwing all of their work and books in, without any organization. You need to keep your assignments, papers, books, etc. organized so that you know where EVERYTHING is.
Students were given options sheets for high schools today (all except Assumption which was done the other day) and are to go home, be read over with parents, and returned next week. Meeting times for those schools have also been sent home for Tuesday and Friday (most have come back with parents/guardians coming in for meetings - this is very good to hear)
Speeches should also be worked on this weekend as they are fast approaching.

Dear Mrs. Jones,I wish to clarify that I am not now, nor have I ever been, an exotic dancer. I work at Home Depot and I told my daughter how hectic it was last week before the blizzard hit. I told her we sold out every single shovel we had, and then I found one more in the back room, and that several people were fighting over who would get it. Her picture doesn't show me dancing around a pole.
