It was great to meet all of the parent's and guardian's that came to Meet the Teacher last night. Parent's/Guardian's that were unable to attend, I will be sending home J.C. Hill Handbooks tonight. Please leave me a note in your child's agenda, saying that you have received the handbook. One way that you can get in touch with me is through my email hickey53@hotmail.com, which I check usually a couple times each night.

1) Completed and marked Mid Unit Review
2) Completed and marked Order of Operations, Pages 25-28, #1-13 (Today)

Spelling
1) Started Lesson 3 - Words 5X and Dictionary

Language Power
1) Up to Lesson 7 due tomorrow

Novel Study/Writing
1) Completed Collage and working on writing assignment explaining pictures in collage. (Due Wednesday)

Read-A-Loud
1) Getting Enough Z's, Helps With ABC's (due tomorrow) - Signed by parent/guardian saying that your child has read out loud.

BOYS SLOW PITCH PRACTICE TONIGHT until 4:15.

Meet the Creature/Teacher tomorrow night starting at 6:00pm.

Week two is over already, wow! A great week of work in class. C.T.B.S. Testing has been completed, with the results to follow in a few weeks.

Homework
1) Complete all Chapter 1 and 2 questions for The Outsiders
2) Read aloud part of Chapter 3 to parents/guardians and have agenda signed.
3) Make sure all math is caught up to the end of page 13.
4) Watch the Buffalo Bills vs. Denver Broncos play on Sunday at 1:00pm!
